We believe that by equipping educational innovators with the infrastructure, resources, and community support they need, we can transform education from the ground up and build a vibrant ecosystem of high-quality learner-centered schools for Colorado communities.

Our Offerings

CultivatED Concierge

School founders and education entrepreneurs often navigate a totally different reality than traditional school leaders. You’re managing everything—vision, compliance, space, staffing, families, burnout—with very little infrastructure. 

 

The Concierge exists as the trusted advisor you wish you could call when the wheels feel like they are coming off—because we’ve been there.

 

We walk alongside you with:

  • Responsive, real-time guidance from people who have built and led schools

  • A trusted sounding board for the hardest moments

  • Connections to aligned partners, resources, and creative problem solvers

  • Strategic coaching tailored to your mission—not a generic leadership model

 

This isn’t theoretical support—it’s been-in-the-fire support. It’s the help we all wished for when we were in the middle of it. 

CultivatED Studio

We’re not interested in traditional PD or workshop models. The Studio is more like a recording studio for education.

 

Educators and school leaders come with a challenge, idea, or problem of practice—school design, assessment, curriculum, instructional design, experiential learning, cultural artifacts, community partnerships—and we co-create something tangible. 

 

Together, we use human-centered design, creative inquiry, and prototyping to help you leave with a produced solution: something tangible, responsive, and ready to test or implement. 

 

The Studio is about: 

  • Bringing ideas to life through design thinking

  • Creative collaboration—ideation works best with others

  • Making space for emergence—solving your real challenges

  • Guided thought partnership for learner-centered processes, practices, and artifacts

 

This is where ideas come to life.

CultivatED Space

Innovative leaders often feel alone—working at the edges of a system that doesn’t understand what they’re trying to build. Through regular convenings, small group gatherings, and shared learning, we create a community for the most out-of-the-box, learner-centered, community-driven educators in Colorado.

 

This is:

  • Connection without competition

  • Cross-pollination of ideas across roles and models

  • A reminder: you’re not alone, and your work matters

CultivatED Ecosystem

The Concierge, Studio, and Space are early expressions of a much larger vision: a sustainable, interconnected ecosystem that helps learner and relationship-centered models thrive long-term. 

 

In the future, this will include:

  • Embedded R&D to study, strengthen, and spread what works

  • Regenerative revenue pathways to support this work

  • Shared infrastructure for back-office support

 

We don’t want to own the ecosystem.
